FAQ

Plastic container questions, answered.

Custom development, stock bottles, samples and order requirements.

Q01 What container sizes can Guanyi develop?

Our custom development work covers containers from 15 ml to 2 L. We review the material, shape, capacity and production method for each project individually. Stock bottle sizes vary by model, so please check with us for the one you need.

Q02 Can you develop a bottle if there is no existing mold?

Yes. Send us your idea, a reference image, a drawing or a sample. We can review the new design, 3D prototype and mold project, then produce trial samples for your approval before mass production. We are continuing to add new molds for small containers.

Q03 Do you manufacture all the plastic containers you sell?

Yes. With over 20 years of experience in the plastic container industry, we handle everything in-house, from mold making through production to shipment. Some products are made with our own molds, and others with molds built for specific customers.

Q04 Can I order stock bottles in small quantities?

Yes. Selected stock supplement bottles are available for retail and small-quantity orders. Before ordering, please check with us on current models, available quantities, matching caps and shipping options.

Q05 What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom bottles?

The MOQ for custom orders depends on the design, material, mold, decoration and production requirements. Let us know your expected first order quantity and repeat order volume, and we will recommend a development route and provide a quote. Stock bottle orders are handled separately.

Q06 What does your custom development service include?

A project can include drawings, 3D prototypes, new molds, trial production, mass production, assembly, packing and shipping coordination. The exact scope is agreed based on your design and order.

Q07 Is a 3D prototype the same as a production sample?

No. A 3D prototype is used to review the shape and design details. A production sample is made with the intended production material and process, and is used to check dimensions, closure fit and agreed performance before mass production.

Q08 What is the lead time for my order?

For stock bottles, we confirm availability and shipping arrangements based on model and quantity. For custom development, the timeline depends on drawings, prototype revisions, tooling, trial samples and production. Please include your required delivery date when you request a quote.

Q09 Are all bottles suitable for food or medical use?

Suitability depends on the specific product and how it will be used. Please tell us about the contents, filling conditions, target market and any documentation you need. We will review the relevant material and product documents before confirming the project.

Q10 Can you supply a matching bottle, cap and liner?

Yes. We can evaluate the bottle, cap and liner together as a complete packaging set. Please tell us what the container will hold and your opening or sealing requirements. We will confirm compatibility, availability and supporting documents for the selected combination.

Q11 What information do you need for a custom bottle quote?

Please send us the intended use, target capacity, first order quantity, destination country and preferred delivery date. If available, include a drawing, photo or reference sample, along with any requirements for caps, decoration, filling or documentation.

Q12 Who owns the mold, and what development fees are involved?

Mold ownership, tooling costs, design fees, prototype fees and the number of revisions are all agreed before development begins on each project. We recommend having these items clearly stated in your quotation and contract.
